The Wormsley country Estate is available for exclusive hire, for up to 5000 people, with private event and wedding bridal party accommodation, for guests, senior staff and crew. The private cottages shown here are family properties and sit outside the exclusive use hire.

Home Farm House

A private family guest space, close to the main house, with four double ensuite bedrooms, large kitchen, reception rooms, downstairs shower room and garden space.

Subject to permission of the family, this could be used for the bride to get ready and get changed, or potentially to stay overnight.

The house is located to the left-hand side to the Opera Pavilion and is directly adjacent the Opera Garden as shown in the photo below.

Lower North End

Lower North End is located within the Wormsley Estate, surrounded by beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside. The Main House has 5 bedrooms along with a contained annex and guest house. With 8 bedrooms in total each room is distinctively curated by the finest English designers.

The house presents a rustic country charm most notably by the low exposed wooden beams in the kitchen and a large greenhouse overlooking an organic vegetable patch.

Garsington Studios Farmhouse

The Farmhouse at Garsington Studios is a beautifully renovated six bedroom retreat, situated at the top of the Wormsley valley with a large private garden and stunning views out over the surrounding estate.

The Farmhouse is furnished with Ercol-inspired furnishings (a nod to the historic furniture-maker of High Wycombe) and each bedroom has its own private or ensuite bathroom. Ideally located for exploring the Chilterns Hills, and specifically walking the public paths of the Wormsley Estate, it offers exceptional comfort and style for families, friends, and groups.

The property is furnished with modern wooden furniture and includes ample storage, ensuring you have everything you may need for a relaxed and organised stay. The rooms are comfortable, well appointed and designed with functionality in mind—ideal for individuals, small groups or those working nearby.
