Event Accommodation at Wormsley

Discreetly positioned within the grounds of the Wormsley Estate, four Family cottages are available for wedding parties or those hosting exclusive private events. Together, they provide accommodation for overnight stays up for 45 shared or 20 single occupancy. 

The Estate is available for exclusive hire in its entirety, for private events ranging from curated bespoke experiences through to global corporate events of up to 5,000 guests. However, the cottages are not included in our ‘exclusive use’ hire fee, prices are available on request.

Home Farm House

This private secure family guest space is situated in the heart of Wormsley, with beautiful views over Home Farm Lawn, Deer Park, and with access to the Opera Garden.

Downstairs, a generous kitchen, reception room, and study are complemented by a boot room with shower and WC. Double doors open from the reception room onto a beautiful private terrace overlooking the Opera Pavilion, just a stone’s throw from the Estate’s stunning Opera Garden.

The first floor comprises 2 double en-suite bedrooms, together with 1 further double bedroom and 1 single bedroom sharing a family bathroom. To the second floor is an additional double bed with sitting area and en-suite bathroom.

Ideal for private country weddings, this is a perfect property for Bridal preparation and wedding party overnight stays sleeping up to 9 shared or 5 single occupancy.

Within its well-kempt, Yew-hedged garden, Home Farm House offers supreme privacy and ample parking, ideal for VIP guests and senior staff.

Secluded Cottage

This charming family country cottage is hidden within the Wormsley Estate, surrounded by stunning views that can be enjoyed from a peaceful garden setting. Lovingly restored this property combines original features such as its exposed wooden beams and open fireplaces with contemporary art and mementos from travels around the world.

On the ground floor there is a welcoming, comfortable light-filled sitting room, a spacious dining area, kitchen with utility room and WC. To the first floor is 1 master bedroom with en-suite and 1 double bedroom, along with a children’s room with bunk beds, a sofa bed and a shared family bathroom.

A further double bedroom is available in a separate annexe along with a galley kitchen and open sitting room and shower room.

Situated close to the Walled Garden this accommodation sleeps 6 adults and shared or 3 adults single occupancy. There is also ample private parking.

The Farmhouse at Garsington Studios is a beautifully renovated 6-bedroom property situated  at the top of the Wormsley valley with a large private garden and stunning views out over the surrounding Estate.

To the ground floor is a large kitchen diner, a sitting room with wood burner and WC. To the first floor there are 6 bedrooms each with an en-suite or private bathroom.

The Farmhouse is furnished with Ercol-inspired furnishings (a nod to the historic furniture-maker of High Wycombe), offering exceptional comfort and style for families, friends, or groups.

The rooms are comfortable, well-appointed, and designed with functionality in mind.
